1. What are your shipping charges?
When shipping to the contiguous 48 states the shipping charges for your entire order is as follows:

Flat shipping up to $100 of $12.95
Free shipping after $100

Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO and foreign country addresses have additional shipping. Please contact us at customerservice@fullmoonsurvival.com or call us at (850) 778-3930 and we will be glad to give you a quote.

2. What is your shipping time?
The majority of orders ship from our warehouse within 1-4 days based on product availability. However, sometimes there are extenuating circumstances that may cause a delay. We will keep you abreast of the shipping times for your order via email. If you have any concerns about receiving a product within a particular time frame please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

3. Do you ship outside the United States?

We ship to outside countries, however, shipping charges will need to be calculated before an order can be placed.  Please contact us at customerservice@fullmoonsurvival.com in order to obtain a shipping quote for your order.  Please include the items and address of where you would like your order shipped and we will email you the full shipping charges. 

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from fullmoonsurvival.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

4. What is your return policy?
We want our customers to be satisfied with every purchase from Full Moon Survival, however if your purchase does not meet your expectations please contact us immediately so that we may work with you to make it right.

All returns require an authorization code. Please call us at (850) 778-3930 or email us at customerservice@fullmoonsurvival.com to obtain an authorization code. 

Policy:
Damage or Defective Items: Items that are delivered that are damaged or defective may be returned within 60 days for a full refund or replacement product. We will pay for the return shipping on damaged or defective items.

Other Reasons: Items that the customer is dissatisfied with, refused or returned undeliverable will be refunded in full minus a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

For items to be returned it must be in the original packaging and in new condition so the product can be restocked. Items without original packaging or not in new condition may not be returned.

Once the item has been received at Full Moon Survival, we will then refund your purchase either through credit card, check, or through store credit for the full amount minus the 15% restocking fee. Or, we will be happy to ship you a replacement item.

5. How do I maintain my food storage?
All food storage should be maintained in a cool, dry, dark place. The ideal temperature for food storage is 50 to 60 degrees, however that is not always possible. Therefore, it is best to store your food as close as possible to that ideal temperature. Storing food in an atmosphere in which the temperature changes drastically can be hard on your food and will cut the shelf life. So garages and storage sheds are not ideal place in which to store your food.

6. What is your privacy policy?
We agree not to share or sell your information. The information collected at Full Moon Survival is solely for the purpose of billing and shipping.
